To my OKDXA friends,
As some of you many have heard, I retired in early September, dismantled my
Norman station, and relocated to the Charlottesville VA area. I was
fortunate
that my house sold quickly although the closing dragged on.
My new QTH is on 7 wooded acres but I only have some temporary antennas up
for now. A modest tower and Yagi will go up in the Spring.
The new QTH is fairly high up and the noise level is very low, even with a
makeshift ground plane on ten meters. I have not even fired up the Amp
but working Europe from the East coast with low power is so easy.
I will miss all my Ham friends from OK especially the DXers like you guys.
We are now only 2 hours by car from our two harmonics who live in the DC
area.
If any of you visit the Charlottesville area, pse let me know because I love
guests, especially hams.

We're now an approved club on ClubLog. Those of you who are already
signed up with ClubLog can do the following to affiliate with our club:
Log in to your ClubLog account
Click on "settings" at the top
On the settings screen you will see some buttons at the top, just above
your user name and password boxes, click on the one that says "clubs"
Scroll down and select OKDXA - Oklahoma DX Association
click on the "join club" button.
