[OKDXA] LoTW Question

Hi Kim,

If the QSO predates the start of the per band issuance of DXCC then I
believe it would be listed as you have indicated. I had a CW contact that
was listed as unknown and the DXCC explanation was it predated the CW DXCC
activation date. Hope this helps.

Hi Bob,

I'm flummoxed, too. I guess this is more properly a question for the 
DXCC desk. In may case, it would be the first 104 that I submitted. 
I'm now at about 202 (CW) and none of the originals are all that 
rare, save for the four deleted ones. Maybe it's not worth the worry.
