[OKDXA] OKDXA Annual Banquet

Fellow DXers,

In chatting with some of the OKDXA members we thought that with Jerry
out of pocket, we would honor him by making sure the OKDXA annual
banquet went on as usual.

Gene asked me to make arrangements for the Stroud Best Western where
we have had the banquet the last few years.  We have reservations for
the 9th of Oct at 6 pm.  It will be the usual buffet with tea, coffee,
and water.  The buffet will feature fried chicken, fried fish, and
goulash with mashed potatoes, green beans, etc.

The restaurant has not raised their prices so we should be able to have
the banquet for the low sum of $15 per person.

We are working on a guest speaker but the biggest treat would be to
have Jerry attend if he is well enough by then.

Please RSVP to me or Gene so that we can give the restaurant a head
count.
