[OKDXA] Bureau cards

I am going to try to make arrangements to get all the cards that have arrived up until now from Jerry's wife, and I believe Pete, KF5RD, has picked up quite a few of them.  Then,
a gathering may certainly be in order.  We'll proceed one step at a time.

"Hiring" a new Bureau Manager is clearly needed (salary and benefits
will be in line with what other bureau managers get!).

In the meantime, however, there is a backlog waiting to go out to the
sorters.  Is there any interest in having a one-time cleanup event
where we could all make our way to Claremore and work through the
backlog?

That way the new hire can start fresh or close to it.
