I'll be damn - that old boy was correct.

I had GOOglerman  tell me the full definition.

It is ME - as I was often found to be intimidating to those around me.  I will show you the many arrows in my back from the days I had my two radio-telephone design and manufacturing businesses.

I thought the FCC and competitors had emptied their quivers firing arrows at me.  I'm glad that old boy set me straight and told me they came from jealous compadres - hell I wish I had known that I would have fired  suzabitchs.

I never got any arrows in my back at American Airlines or SITA / Equant.  But by then I knew how to duck them.  Of course I shot a hell of a lot them at my compadres because they had simple minds and the big deal of the was to sit around a conference table and wait to see which unlucky suzabitch ended upo with all the work and "potential" responsibility.  I saw a young woman and her staff bring cake, cookies, and baloons to celebrate nothing more than reciving clearrance from Hdqtrs to proceed with someware that I could write sitting on my toilet seat!
