[OKDXA] Midway signal strength

Congrats on 40 meters, John. What time did you work them? I have to 
leave the house before 7:00 a.m., and was calling him from 6:20 until 
6:35 both the past two mornings. Signal was S5 to S9 the entire time. 
When were they on 10 meters?
