[OKDXA] Midway signal strength

I did get them on 40 CW this morning and they were S6 to S7 then.  However, I am not hearing them well at all on 15 or 10m, and heard them ok today on 17m but they weren't moving the meter.  I guess I figured Midway would come in better given its proximity to the mainland.
