John,

Check http://www.oklahomabargains.com/.  I have bought at least 8 Dell laptops from Rob for my family over the past 15 years (they are all still running).  His parents were hams.  As always, check out the deal yourself but he is very honest.  Mention my name if you want.  He understands the needs of hams.  Let me know what you think.
