[OKDXA] Are We West Coast?

I too have heard ops asking for west coast Steve and have always figured 
that to be 6s and 7s but in my opinion if a DX station
asks for west coast then answers 5 land callers he must have a different 
map.  Its up to the DX op to control the crowd and if
he/she considers 5 land as part of the west coast more power to us - 
chasing DX that is - as long as we don't have to move to the
actual west coast.
