Yes, all well and good, but I don't see here a lot that looks like 
what Mark posted. What I see in the NOAA press release is an 
admission of uncertainty and that there are (at least) two different 
forecasts. I would be surprised if everyone agreed on the forecast 
this early in the game.

As for evidence of a Dalton, Sporer, or worse, Maunder minimum, I've 
seen nothing yet anywhere from the Space Environment Center or any 
other agency about that. There is nothing whatsoever to support the 
hypothesis for a mini ice age and, as a meteorologist, I see very 
strong, all but incontrovertible support for the processes and 
attendant hypothesis of a warming climate.

So, my question still stands. Perhaps this is Mark's prediction?
