[OKDXA] Clipperton on 15m

Finally worked TX5C on 15 CW after an hour of calling.
 They have a great signal hear, but prop is so bad you
can't hear any of the stations the are working, so you
are just guessing at where to call them. 10m was much
easier for them today, but at least I have 2 new band
countries out of it.  Now to 17m!
