Sounds like you guys made your presence felt in north Texas this year.
Jerry walked away with the honors and took them back to Oklahoma, well
deserved!  OKDXA's influence is felt all the way to Newington with Coy's
voice taking up the cause.  I was glad to see the BPL force struck down and
the harsh words the judge had for the FCC and their arrogance throughout all
of these years of proceedings.  I missed seeing you guys but it is just too
far to drive for a weekend and the cost would be too great.  It would be
over 1100 mile round trip for me.  We might plan a trip to Oklahoma next
year and take in Ham-Com on the way.  We are getting the youngest daughter
married off in January after she graduates from college in December and we
will have a true empty nest, even though our granddaughter is here at least
two or three times a week.  We spent a lot of time putting in new flower
beds and planting trees here at the new house and as soon as I get the yard
leveled I will put up my Zero Five Vertical.  Next trip I make over to our
farm to cut grass and bush hog I am taking my tower and beam over to
hopefully put up one day soon.  I have been on the air with limited
capabilities and it makes me miss the Force 12 at 82 feet.  Conditions have
really been bad at the end of this week and there was not much on the air.
I missed seeing you guys at Ham-Com but I was glad to see OKDXA made its
presence felt.  Good Hunting!
