Figuring there may be a civil engineering type on here I have
a question about road name designators here in the state of Oklahoma.

If a road name begins with an N as in N410 does that have
any significance as to the type of road?  Farm type road with
asphalt and a yellow line - no shoulders?  There is one near me like
that and that's how it is built.  Had an inquiry from some out of
state folks planning their QSO Party route and their map program
suggested a couple of N roads in McCurtain.  Needed to no if
that means:

A. No shoulders
B. No pavement!
C. No way you should attempt to drive on this one.
