Wayne, W4MPY has a suggestion for the US Postal Rate increase coming in May.  Most of you, I hope, keep envelopes on hand at the incoming bureaus.  You may not know it, but a FOREVER STAMP is being sold by the US Post Offices for 41-cents.  I see where they will have some 5 billion of these things for sale at the 41-cent price.  If you buy these now, they will be valid for First Class postage – FOREVER – regardless of what they raise the rate to.  This could be very handy for those envelopes you keep at the bureau.  Think about it !!!!
