Well that's what has me a bit mystified.................You'ld think that  
one of the worlds most immanent DX'ers and the editor of QST's DX column would  
hv it together.................But if you look closely at their defacto 
"mission  statement" the purpose of their trip is to recruit and train new Kosovo 
hams.  Pretty much the same function as when Albania began to issue  ham  
licenses. Will be interesting to see what plays out.......
