Mark,

I agree with Kim 100%!  I don't see how those guys ever work anyone.  You
can also see the frustration in the DXers operation by returning to some
guy 3 or 4 times without him ever coming back because he is still calling.
 Phooey!

However, the OO program still exists and does a very fine job.  They are
there to make sure we are following FCC rules.  They are not there to
bring sanity to this madness.  ;-)
