[OKDXA] State QSO party questions

Hi Jerry,

Haven't done FL much, but the Illinois QSO party gets
lots of mobile CW activity also.  I am probably biased
since I used to live there, and went mobile twice when
I lived in Iowa.  Didn't have a car when I lived in
Illinois, and couldn't figure out how to fit
everything on the bicycle HI HI.
