[OKDXA] State QSO party questions

At the risk of others hearing me around the country - I like the Florida 
party for the relentless CW efforts made by the mobiles!
On the other hand the Texas, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, California and 
uh others are quite good.  Watch out for the 7 land
party as it was quite popular last year - I believ it runs in May.
