Thanks for the info Jerry. I read through most of the comments this
afternoon. I think we did well. Great comments about all the mobiles.
Sounds like there were plenty of us for everyone to work. The 1x1's and
the race for the cup (mug) were great ideas. I posted my info to 3830.
Sounds like most of the activity was on CW. Don't think I'll be able to
compete with those stns since I operated ph only. I dug in on Sunday
and pounded away to just barely exceed last years top SOLP score. It
was a blast!

Subject: [OKDXA] Call for 1x1 Logs

All QSO Party ladies and gentlemen holders of 1x1 calls.

Please be sure and send in your logs to logs at okdxa.org or:

OK QSO Party
P.O. Box 2591
Claremore, OK 74018-2591

They will be used to confirm QSOs with the claimants of the Centennial
Mug.
Also, if you have an interest in using the Centennial QSL card see
http://www.okdxa.org/event/QSL.htm for card and freight cost. We expect
the cards to be here within the next week to ten days.

Thanks to all who have sent their logs in already. One other suggestion
is
use of
the 3830 contest reflector. You can fill out your results in summary
form
by using the following URL. http://216.133.253.197/oklahomaqp.php
Pretty self explanatory info needed - for those of you who are casual
contesters
SO2R stands for Single Op 2 Radios - which some people are able to do
with great ease! It takes a lot of practice. Op Time (hrs) is nice to
enter but
not absolutely necessary if you don't want to tally up time spent! The
data
collected and presented by the forms is not "official" so if you are off
a bit
on multipliers etc. not to worry. Entries made on the form can be
viewed at
http://lists.contesting.com/pipermail/3830/2007-March/subject.htmlviewed
Scan down the listing until you see [3830] OkQP. Some very interesting
reading can be found in the comments area of many listings. This
service
to the contesting community is a good way to let all see how things went
for the various entrants in a contest or operating event.

Thanks for your attention.

K5YAA - ye ol' log checker.
