[OKDXA] Call for 1x1 Logs

A suggestion for rather speedy log transcribing - I did mine this way the
past 4 years.

If you can use Excel just do a spreadsheet and enter them. I export
a text file from it and drive it into a data table that is used for cross
checking.

The speed of entry comes from being able to copy and paste band, mode, rst
sent rcvd, date and county entries.
Set yourself up a sheet with columns named like so:

date utc county call mult band mode rcvd sent

Where:
county is the 3 letter abbreviation for the county you were in
mult is what you received from the caller ( state, province or DX - some
send country codes )
rcvd and sent are 599 or 59 most of the time. I don't apply tests to the
RST during log checking.

You'll be surprised how fast you can put 500 Qs in a sheet!

Lacking that I don't have any other suggestion - sorry. Don't get mad and
toss the paper log however
because if absolutely necessary I'll find a way to get them transcribed. I
say that in a low
voice as others may be listening since this is the reflector!
