[OKDXA] OQP Rover habits

I have noticed in the FQP especially that the rovers tend to try to stay
on the same freq as much as possible, and return to that freq when they
qsy to and from another band. This allows the county chasers to monitor
that and other freqs. This seems to me to be a good practice, so K5O is
going to try to stay as close to .041 on 20 and 40 throughout the
event. If the other rovers take the same approach we should be able to
maximize our qsos with all the county chasers, and each other.

Had the XYL take me on a road trip today to test the mobile setup. Need
to make a minor adjustment to the 40 meter hamstick, but had some qsos
that seemed to work ok. Looking forward to us all having a great time
over the weekend. Good luck to everyone !

And a special thanks to YAA for all the work he does ... and on top of
that, he's a pretty fair CW op :-)
