[OKDXA] HamHoliday 2007

Hello Everyone -

 

HamHoliday 2007 will have the area between the two sets of doors at the
Oklahoma Expo Building.  This is the area just outside of the big room where
HamHoliday is held.  We will have all of the necessary accouterments to
support seminars, meetings, etc.  The area is to be isolated (yet to be
determined how) and will have a PA system for that area.  

 

So far I know of three different groups and possible seminars that may wish
to use this area.

 

I believe that the best times for seminars would be between 6:00 PM - 9:00
PM on Friday and probably 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.  I will serve as
the point-of-contact/scheduler.
