[OKDXA] Revoltin' development...

I have used MRC at least 10 times myself. There has to be some one in the STW area. MRC is called a lifting company meaning they lift air conditions and such to rooftops. Their cranes are on flatbed trucks that can drive into my back yard. They have a cage that attaches to the crane that can lift two people and antennas.

Yikes, Ken!
What kind of rotor is it? I've used MRC Crane to get to my antennas
without removing them. I'm not sure where you are. but MRC costs
about $100/hr plus transit time. I also don't know what your
instllation is like, but I've replaced my rotor with antennas in
place on dead-calm days using some straps to secure the bottom of the
mast. This can only work on dead-calm days, but it kept me from
removing all the antennas. I have 8 ft of mast extending from the top
of the tower. A KLM KT34A, *not* the XA, at the top of the mast, a
WARC dipole and a 2m corner reflector near the middle and a 40 m 2el
near the bottom.
If you need more details, I can provide them. It may not work for you
but it saved me days of grief a couple of times.
