Hi Jim,
Thanks for the info. I've shunt fed it before at a different QTH and
so know the drill. I never knew the impedance, though, so I
brute-force matched it with my antenna tuner. All wiring is on the
inside and it all runs underground from there, so I'm set up
well. WIll have to add radials, though. An inverted L will need
another support that I don't have handy and I've never had any luck
feeding a half-sloper from it on 160 m.
Time for some experimentin'!
