I should mention that MRC will but a "basket" on the end of the 
crane.  I've been up about 60 feet that way. If your tower cranks 
down, you may be able to do this with a much cheaper bucket truck. 
And, I have a climbing belt, if you need someone to go up there and 
give it a shot.
