[OKDXA] VU7

I don't need it on 20m so have not listened there.  Heard them 3X2 on17m sp at 10:00am local time but not good enough to work them.  They quit shortly after that; went to rtty I think, ugh.

Really need them on 80m for one of last two zones.  Doubt that I will hear them though.

Worked VU7RG on 14.211 listening up 5 at 1630Z.  He has a pretty good 
signal when folks are not using the wrong VFO :-)
