Ross,
I just tried to call Bill Moore to get an absolute ruling on your #1 DXCC
status but unfortunately he isn't in today. I always believed that if you
had them all worked at one point in time, that was all it took. Things
that happen after that should take away from it. I wanted to confirm that
with Bill but alas not today.
I don't expect that Wayne will be far away. He really never liked living
in New England and I know that he will be a much happier camper back in
Wyoming.
Our love to Laura as well. Wish we didn't live so far apart. See you at
GC for sure.
