I'm pleased to report that aside from 36 hours of zero volts in the main
breaker panel, Open Fuse Acres skated through the ice storm with only
minor inconvenience.

No broken antennas, no broken trees, no spoiled food, although I will be
listening to the neighbors playing a chainsaw serenade for a few weeks.
Could have been worse.

Took a run to the supermarket late this afternoon to restock the
perishables and there are still plenty of areas with no power and no
stoplights, but overall the streets are in good shape. The freestyle
intersections with no lights are kinda' weird, but with my charm and
good looks... I managed. ;)
