Hi Coy,

I heard him, too.  Perfectly able to copy him, although he didn't hardly
tickle the S meter.  I called up 1 a couple of times and then got a phone
call followed by another phone call.  When I got back, he was gone.

Having the phone removed here.

Nearly every morning I see YI9KT spotted but it is always well after our
sunrise and I can never hear him.  This morning was different, I could
hear him.  He had a problem hearing me though.  I finally got him to come
back to me and he had to correct my call a couple of times.  He gave me a
529 report.  :-)  He is in the log at 1500Z; that's 9AM local time. 
Strange condx.
