[Coy Day]

Nearly every morning I see YI9KT spotted but it is always well after our
sunrise and I can never hear him.  This morning was different, I could
hear him.  He had a problem hearing me though.  I finally got him to come
back to me and he had to correct my call a couple of times.  He gave me a
529 report.  :-)  He is in the log at 1500Z; that's 9AM local time. 
Strange condx.
