[OKDXA] VU7

The 6O1 DXpedition (a country I still need) was
terrible for that a couple of years ago. They seemed
to only get on 15 and 20 in the middle of the night
here (after the band closed) or on 40 during the
middle of the day. Given that they were all Italian
ops, I guess they only wanted to work EU.
