Gene,

I have heard a lot of comments about that.  It almost seems like they are
trying not to work the states except for 20 meters.  Maybe they are saving
the stateside contacts for the crew that is going over in January.  ;-) 
Yesterday, just as the sunrise peak to the states was starting on 40
meters, they went from CW to SSB and cut us out.  :-(  I've seen the same
happen on 17m.

Oh well, such is life.
