[OKDXA] WAS on LOTW

This didn't look so great.  It looked like I was thanking Coy for the bugs, 
but if there are any bugs I haven't found them so far.  So let me try this 
again and hopefully the posting will look better.

Coy, many thanks for your LoTW efforts.  LoTW is a huge treasure!  I can't 
thank those involved enough.

I am still overjoyed on my WAS RTTY and 17m DXCC application.
