[OKDXA] WAS on LOTW

Coy,
Just applied for RTTY WAS and 17m DXCC.  Yippee!!  I am half way home on 
DXCC RTTY and I haven't sent out one single card!  I am up to 700 Qs I think 
on the Challenge.

I sure LoTW has some bugs, but I can live with it.  Sure is fun!
