Received a "paper" note from David YI9QWO yesterday.  He says lots of DX 
from his location on 40 meters but has trouble getting past the East Coast 
wall to work the midwest.  Seems like he is suffering from the same 
conditions experienced from our end going that way!

I can attest to his working plenty of DX.  Bureau card count for YI9QWO via 
K5QWO is running at a pretty good clip every month.
