[OKDXA] News of XF4IH cards

In case you missed it, there is info about the XF4IH
cards in the last OPDX Bulletin. Supposedly, there has
been a problem with the Mexican Postal Dept and many
cards did not make it to to the P.O. Box of XE4IH,
Enrique.
He says now to send to his home ad, registered, as
follows.
