Yes, the Post Office must stamp the LOWER LEFT box with a date stamp-some
offices call it a round stamp-when you purchase them. Sometimes you have to
remind them or they will forget. They are now a $1.75 each-don't get me
started on that.

As for YI9OM,one source shows OM3JW as the manager from November 02. Might
be worth a try. Hope I get home in time to hear you on the OKDXA net
tonight.
