Am I correct in assuming that when purchasing an IRC the issuing entity must 
stamp the coupon to validate it ??
I hv spent countless hrs attempting to determine where my QSL should go for 
YI9OM. I worked him on May 25, 2002 which I think was in the CQWW DX test. The 
best I hv come up with is OM6TX. He does not hv an email address listed on 
QRZ. Can anyone shed light on this ??
