CTARL( Chinese Taipei Amateur Radio League)  just received official
documents today (landing permission by Ministry of Defense) and finally
got everything in order.
The BQ9P Pratas Island expedition will taking place on Oct 7 to 16, 2003.
we expect starting on air at 10:00Z on Oct 07 and QRT at 01:00Z on Oct 16.
and at least two antennas to setup before dark in the first day. and will
setup 5
stations in total. 6-160m +  WARC bands, CW/SSB/RTTY/SSTV/PSK31.
QRG for most DX window (+/- QRM) .
