[OFARC] Jamming Cuba??

Gents,
I also noticed that the cuban jamming signals vary in intensity as a
function of time. The signal originators may be trying to "drown out"
the transmitting station on the island. Fascinating.
We'll have a video on this topic in our meeting in two days!
