Hey Ralph,
This video from KI6NAZ's YouTube channel shows how to use triangulation
of KiwiSDR stations around the americas to deduce that the location of
the jamming signal. Spoiler alert: it's originating near "Western
Cuba". I thought that it was pretty cool use of existing Ham radio tech!

They're affectionately calling the jammer "The Cuban Rum Runner" ( lol )
and he's been with us since at least July 15th. Hope that you find it
