[OFARC] FW: Simulated Emergency Test (SET) Exercise this weekend

Thanks Ralph for your participation in today's drill.  I would like to
encourage the membership of OFARC and other clubs to take a look at ARES as
one way we can give back to the community using Amateur Radio. We have
drills (like todays), support Public Service Events, actively work with our
served agencies (TranStar (HCOHSEM), Red Cross, hospitals to name a few),
training, technical sessions, and much more! We are not a club but a
service organization.
