[OFARC] Ham needs help !!

A fellow in Manvel, Tony Mollet, passed his tech exam in January but is
essentially blind and needs some help.

Tony says he has equipment but his vision is so poor that he cannot hook it
up or install an outdoor antenna.

My back is too messed up for me to do much anymore, so I am hoping someone
can go help him.
