[OFARC] RFI from dying sodium-vapor lamp?

New QTH is very radio-quiet during the daytime, but absolutely horrible 
at night.  I have a dying streetlight in front of the house that is 
flashing and flickering, and either takes a long time to come on (or 
sometimes never really does come on.  I'm not sure who has 
responsibility for streetlights here, since I'm on a privately-owned 
street, but are there any filters that work on that type of noise?
