Good morning.  I’ll be glad to help out with VE duties at Glenshire Community Association 8900 Abbeydale drive.  Please count me in for this Saturday January 18th at noon though I plan to be there ~½ an hour early to help setup, etc.

 

Heads up on the new ARRL publication “On the Air” meant for new hams.  It’s packed with good info for newbies and may just be what the doctor ordered for them.  They’ll need to be ARRL members to read it unless they can borrow a current ARRL member’s hardcopy.

 

Again, thanks for spearheading this effort to get local folks in Stafford licensed for the first time!

We have had some requests for General and Extra class license tests on Jan 18 (this Saturday)

 

Test is at my community building

8900 abbeydale

Houston. 77031

 

Testing starts at noon

 

I currently have only 2 extra class VEs confirmed (me and Chris Huestis) and need at least one more.

 

Please let me know if any of you will be there.
