[OFARC] Oak Forest Net Signal Report Map

All, this is the map I constructed showing the relative signal strength of
most of the checkins in the net.  The locations are computed from the
address.  The grid square locations were a little too coarse.  The display
shows station call, location with signal strength by color. Red=low.
Yellow-moderate.  Green=strong.   The range rings are 10 miles.   Next time
we should get power, antenna gain and height to calculate effective radiated
power.  The footprint is pretty good.
