[OFARC] Tried to connect to 5551 via echolink, unsuccessful

Good evening folks,

I fired up my laptop this evening, and tried to connect to KA5QDG-L (5551), but was unable to do so.

It appears that the 145.17 repeater echolink node is not active this evening. I see KA5QDG-R, and a lot others, but not the one I wanted.
