If there is a coffee maker in the club house I can bring some coffee grounds to brew after the Starbucks runs out.

Thanks Barry!!
I have confirmed that concealed carry is NOT allowed on community property.
Also, I posted an update to NEXTDOOR which states all visitors will be asked to sign in.
The stated purpose is for a head count for planning future events and to report to the organization sponsoring the nationwide event.

Ralph and club members,
The ofarc.org<http://ofarc.org> web page has been updated to include the latest information about FD2019 at Glenshire.
I think it would be a good idea to have a guest book for visitors to sign in.
73,
Barry

Barry …. Please put these files on the Club Webpage
Files attached :
· Map to FD location (thank you Mark!)
· List of Who is bringing what (equipment.docx)
· Antenna layout + Indoor layout
Neighborhood Rules & Information:
· Neighborhood is NOT gated
· Confirmed NO alcohol allowed at the community building or other community property
· Take your trash home with you (I will provide a can and bags)
· Confirmed Absolutely No signs out front …. We can post our banner inside
Other Information
· Glenshire Women’s Association is providing snacks and water (for operators and visiting “dignitaries”)
· We will mainly do paper logging … not enough laptops or Wi-Fi to connect them (this is something we will need to address for next year)
· I will have a laptop for uploading event photos during the day (bonus points)
· I will act as Safety Officer and “MC” for visitors
· Radios And Operators To Arrive By 10 Am Saturday
· Confirmed CERT will be present
· Confirmed District K City Council Member will visit around 1pm Saturday
· We will have a Scout table and an Educational table (history of Morse Code)
· Jeremy is bringing license study books for sale
· Talk In on 145.17 repeater
Items to be confirmed:
· NEED a plan for our meals
· Presence of neighborhood security
· Is concealed carry allowed
Assuming we have a enough people visiting at any one time to constitute a crowd….. I think we should have 3-4 people designated as “Sergeants at Arms” to help keep an eye on things ….Whether or not our neighborhood security is present.

Field Day operators… please bring headphones and a Y splitter if you have one.
We may have enough people to have someone log for each operator
The splitter will also allow selected few of interested public to listen in as you work.
We physically laid out the antennas and cables today.
This test run showed we need to modify the inside table layout a little so we don't have to get a bunch more cable. (but jumpers have been promised that will help)
All together we are looking good.
Displays are ready, antennas ready, feed cable good, Transtar possible, 90% likely scouts coming for some MB requirements.
City Council Rep – says she will be at our site around 1pm Saturday
I am eager to see how many of our neighbors show up.
FOOD – we have snacks and water provided by Glenshire Women’s Association
NO GRILL at this time
We will likely have use of the full kitchen (refrigerator defilnitely)
If someone wants to set up a grill for lunch, that would be great.
GASOLINE – one of my neighbors has offered to provide a couple (2) 5-gallon cans of gasoline for the generator.
FEED LINES – we have enough on hand or promised
