[OFARC] more info on ISS

I just found the page that gives me a table of all ISS passes over 
Houston for the next several days.

PDF of the out put is attached.

times are all in LOCAL (CST). I have heard that any pass with a peak 
elevation over about 25 degrees should be radio visible.?? any pass over 
33 degrees should be a solid copy.
