[OFARC] 17 repeater

All, this is an update on the 17 which has been acting up lately.  Following
up on the diagnostics discussed previously:

 

The patient has received the diagnosis and the Doctor determined that
antenna failure is the cause of the of the recent illness.  The patient is
receiving an infusion of electron plasma and is feeling much better.  RF has
been rerouted temporarily while a suitable transplant candidate is located
and tested for compatibility.   The surgical team is being assembled and the
transplant is expected to be performed sometime next week.
